Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with and accept the following:
1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
3. Any information, communication and/or consultations with Janet Tapper and/or www.hollyandoaktarot.comwebsite are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes ONLY.
4. No reading or service offered by Janet Tapper and/or www.hollyandoaktarot.comis intended to, nor should it take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.
5. Janet Tapper and www.hollyandoaktarot.com accept no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client or student chooses to take or make based on his/her session/class with Janet Tapper and/or www.hollyandoaktarot.com
6. Sessions are scheduled for and paid in advance. If cancellations occur with a 24hrs. notice, reschedules are a no-charge. With a 24hrs. cancellation notice 50% credit will be applied to the following visit.
7. You have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
Janet Tapper reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Janet Tapper reserves the right to update or change pricing & fees at any time.
8. It is understood that all information discussed in the reading/session is 100% confidential.

Code of Ethics:
I will accurately communicate the terms by which my services are offered (i.e., qualifications, availability, confidentiality, fees, cancellation policy, and any other significant matters).
I am not a psychic or medium. I am not telepathic. I will not predict the future, read your mind, or contact departed souls. My services do not include invoking or removing spells or curses.
I will only read for people I have permission to read for, and will not attempt to read for unwitting third parties.
I will not read tarot for anyone under 18 years old.
I will at all times maintain an ethical and professional relationship with my clients.
I will continue to study and cultivate my skills in order to advance my professional abilities and always be improving my readings.
I will conduct myself in a manner that promotes public confidence in the role of professional tarot readers and treat my tarot reader colleagues with respect.

You always have the right to exercise your own free will and to make your own choices.
You alone have the right to decide if and when you want a tarot reading.
You have the right to a useful and supportive tarot reading experience.
You have the right to a tarot reading without regard for race, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
You are entitled to the full attention of your reader.
You are entitled to ask questions during the reading to gain further clarification.
You are entitled to full and complete answers to the questions covered in your reading.
Your reading is private and confidential.
Your reading is a complete service in itself; you are not required to purchase anything else.
A tarot reader is not qualified to give medical, financial, legal or psychological advice unless they are also trained and licensed in those fields.
A tarot reader cannot predict the future.
A tarot reader cannot make decisions for you.
